The 2007 RAF Cycling Club Championships - 20 - 21 October 2007 and consist of a closed circuit road race and a mountain bike race.  All cycling abilities are catered for and entrants are welcome to compete in either, or both, races.  The closed circuit road race will be held on Saturday the 20 Oct at Eelmore Circuit, Surrey with the point of contact  as Wg Cdr Don Tanner (Tel: 94391 2875, email: donald.tanner500@mod.uk. The mountain bike race will be held on Sunday 21 Oct at Bordon training ranges, Surrey, with Sgt Mick Cutler (Tel: 95461 6540, email: mtbchamps@rafcycling.org.uk as the point of contact.  Visit the RAF Cycling Website for further details and entry forms.

The Armed Forces Indoor Rowing league The Armed Forces Indoor Rowing league is a monthly competition, which can be entered from any internet connection anywhere in the world.  The first round starts in October 2007.  RUUP4IT? Whistling Lessons -  The Army football Association will be running a series of week-long basic referee courses (level 7) in 2007.
Course dates include February 19-23 (Herford); March 12-16 (Aldershot)/ July 2-6 (Aldershot); September 3-7 (Aldershot); September 17-21 (Aldershot);.

VOLLEYBALL -  Army Volleyball Managers Sgt Chris Teoh and WO2 Karen Stevens are on the lookout for newcomers to bolster both the men's and women's volleyball teams.  A series of training sessions will be held between now and May when the Crown Services and Inter-Services and Inter-Service competitions are held.  Players of all abilities are encouraged to attend as professional coaching will be given and socially the teams cannot be beaten!  Any TA or regular personnel interested in joining the Army Volleyball Team should contact either Sgt Chris Teoh on mil 94660 5320, civ 01206 815320 or by emailing chris.teoh769@land.mod.uk (men's team) or WO2 Karen Stevens on mil 94321 2917 or by emailing Karen.stevens211@land.mod.uk (ladies team).
