On the advice of my attorney all of the photographs from these properties have been excluded from the sample reports, in order to protect my clients and the property owners.

This is an example of my findings on an upscale 1950's completely remodeled with new or upgrades to the appliances, water heater, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and heating systems. What we call a "Flip", contractor/investor buys and does the "makeup job" it looks great and ready to sell but wait until you see the facts.
