How to place an order

We can copy our documents onto paper for you in a range of sizes and formats. We are also able to copy documents onto CD-ROM and/or DVD, deliver them through the DocumentsOnline section of our website, or copy them onto microform.

First we will need to estimate the copying work involved. Please see our terms and conditions and ordering information for more details, or go to the to request an estimate.

If you want to use an image commercially you should contact our image library.

Digital Express Copy Service

For fast delivery of up to ten digital images from documents in our catalogue please see Digital Express.

Most records that are held on site, and are not available on microfilm or online, and are a maximum of A2 paper size depending on the physical nature of the document can be copied using this service. Terms and Conditions, FAQs and prices for this service are available from the above link.

Use your own camera at Kew

Cameras may be used to take photographs of some documents. Please ask for further details at the record copying desk when you visit or see our digital photography policy (28kb).
