The most common defects found may not be the most important or the most expenssive to repair. We believe consumer protection, health, safety, and well-being to be the most important issues addressed in our reports. Our job is to arm you with the facts about your particular property so you can make an informed decision.

No house is perfect. Even the best built and best maintained homes will have a few items in less than perfect condition. Most items called out as in need of repair on inspection reports are due to code changes over the years, neglect of maintenance, and overlooked manufacture installation specifications. We run into installed infractions on almost every home we have inspected. Most are upgrades or retrofits of systems already in place and operating to a lesser degree during our inspection.

Codes by the way are minmum standards adopted after unsafe, unstable, and unhealthy construction installations have been identified. Mrs. There are numerous governing bodies that make up the building codes we use today. Most adopt changes in their own policies every 1-5 years.

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients is afterall the most important reason we have for providing our services.

We strongly encourage you to accompany the inspector so that you may ask questions and gain a better understanding of the systems in the home.

If you have any questions, or are interested in any other services, please contact us so we may discuss your specific needs.
