Arrive Bangalore, the ‘Garden City of India’ and capital of the State. Today it is the fifth largest city of India and country’s main industrial city which includes industries like aircraft, telephones & electronics. Met and transfer to Hotel. Evening at your leisure. Overnight at Bangalore.

Day 2 - Bangalore
Morning Sight seeing of Bangalore, Bull Temple, Cubbon Park, Gangadhareswara Cave Temple, Jumma Masjid, St.Mary’s Cathedral, The Fort, Venkataramanswamy Temple. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay at Bangalore.

Day 3 - Bangalore - Hassan
Leave Bangalore by Car/Coach for Hassan. On arrival Check in to Hotel. Evening at your leisure. Overnight at Hassan.

Day 4 - Hassan - Belur - Halebid - Hassan
Full Day excusrision to Belur & Halebid. Belur : - The sanctity of the town due to Channakeshava temple, one of the finest examples of the Hoyasala architecture. The Veeranarayana temple and the small shrines are well worth a visit. Halebid : - The splendour of the city is attested by its architectural monuments which still rank among the masterpieces of the Hindu art. The Hoysaleswara temple dating back to the 12 th century is outstanding for its wealth of sculptural details. The walls of the Hoysaleawara temple are covered with an endless variety of goddesses, animals, birds and dancing girls. Overnight stay at Hassan.

Day 5 - Hassan - Mysore
Leave by Car/Coach for Mysore, The ‘Sandalwood City’. On arrival Check in to hotel. Afternoon Sight seeing of Mysore, The Mysore Palace, Jaganmohan Palace & Art Gallery, Lalitha Mahal Palace, Chamundi Hill. Overnight at Mysore.

Day 6 - Mysore - Bandipur
Leave By Car/Coach for Bandipur. The Bandipur National Park. On arrival Check in to Hotel Overnight at Bandipur.

Day 7 - Bandipur
Sight seeing at Bandipur. Situated among the broken foothills of the Western Ghats mountains, Bandipur National Park is a dry deciduous forest, south of River Kabini. Overnight at Bandipur.

Day 8 - Bandipur - Bangalore

After my meetings were over in the Silicon city of Bangalore, I was all alone in the Deccan India. Luckily, Mahesh Ranjan, my Indian counterpart helped me with Shubh Yatra’s Karnataka Beauty Tour, which was indeed a life saving drug for me! Out from the erratic world of computers, I was overwhelmed to see the rich heritage of Karnataka. What a grand mansion they had! And the impressive jewelleries studded with precious stones was indeed a thing to behold. The wild escape in the wilds of Bandipur National Park was an altogether different experience. Our guide and driver, Ganga Singh, helped us a lot to recognise footmarks of different animals - sambhar, hyena, porcupines and gaur. We also encountered a herd of gaur comprising atleast a hundred animals, all of them grazing the green grass. A night stay was equally interesting and we enjoyed a lot around the campfire. Surely it was a trip to remember!
