Oztrax is about Australian music.
Oztrax will feature two Australian performance audio tracks each week streamed as on demand audio files in Real and Windows media.
Catherine Britt has come a long way over the past few years. As a teenager Catherine won the praise of Elton John who discovered her during a tour of Australia in 2002 - they would later team up to record a single. Catherine has since toured, performed and recorded with some of country music's biggest names. However, the Newcastle-born singer-songwriter is now a young woman and her music has similarly changed. Produced by the Grammy-nominated produced Brett Beavers, Catherine's third album Little Wildflower is unashamedly a contemporary country album and marks a stylistic milestone. Her first two albums were traditional country records, but her desire to embrace all types of music is evident in Little Wildflower. Catherine says "sometimes I may rock, sometimes I may swing, sometimes I may get bluesy, sometimes I may get hillbilly, but these are all parts of my love for all types of music".
What I Did Last Night has become an audience favourite and in 2007 Catherine had the experience of an American audience singing every word along with her.
Previous albums include Dusty Smiles And Heartbreak Cures (2001) and Too Far Gone (2006).
