ILO may stand for one of the following:
- International Labour Organization, a specialized agency of the United Nations that deals with labour issues, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, founded in 1919
- International Left Opposition, founded by Trotsky in 1930; was meant to be an opposition group within the Comintern; renamed the International Communist League (ICL) in 1933
- Integrated Lights-Out, an embedded server management technology exclusive to Hewlett-Packard; similar in functionality to the Lights out management (LOM) technology of other vendors
- International Linguistic Olympiad, the newest in the group of International Science Olympiads, with problems covering the main fields of theoretical, mathematical and applied linguistics
- Injection locked oscillator, a type of oscillator used in LC circuits
- Intensive livestock operations
