Interview with Greg Taylor about Exchange 2007

I interviewed Greg when I was at IT Forum about a piece of work he did for a UK customer,  The video is now up on Edge.

Greg Taylor from Microsoft consulting services (MCS) talks about a high availability Exchange 2007 solution they created for a UK customer who has around 70,000 clients.  Some of the challenges they had were spanning multiple physical locations/subnets and publishing on the Internet.  Their solution used client access servers (CAS) and stand-by continuous replication (SCR).

My smile was totally fixed and grimacing towards the end of the interview - that microphone was really heavy and was getting really hard to hold.  Must remember to get a stand for the mic next time :-)

Interesting video. Having 70000 users in one AD site in different locations looks little strange...
