Travis Outlaw’s strong second half couldn’t overcome the collective efforts of Sacramento’s Ron Artest and Francisco Garcia and the rest of the Kings defeated the Trail Blazers 105-96 in front of a sold-out crowd at the Rose Garden.

The Western Conference All-Stars, even with the help of an efficient Brandon Roy, couldn’t overcome a late-game three-point barrage by Boston’s Ray Allen, eventually falling 134-128 to the Eastern Conference.
