When addressing your feedback, please send it to one department. Please do not send multiple copies of the same message to different departments. Customer service concerns or issues should be addressed to the Customer Support Feedback link. Please be aware that the 76ers value your input and for that reason, we read every message. However, due to the current volume of messages. It is not always possible to respond to each and every message.

ADDRESSING YOUR MESSAGE
Please address your message to only one department. Addressing the same message to multiple departments will only delay, or prohibit it from being read. Please do not include any attachments with your message. Unfortunately, we are prohibited from opening attachments.

CUSTOMER SERVICE / CONSUMER FEEDBACK
Questions or concerns regarding customer service issues or season ticket holder issues should be addressed to the Sixers Customer Service Department. Once read, we will confirm receipt and forward your message to the appropriate party for resolution. Our goal is to respond to our customer service issues within 2 working days. If you are unsure of whom to address your message to, address it to the Sixers Customer Service Department, and they will forward it for you.

    PLAYER AUTOGRAPHS, PHOTOS / TEAM MERCHANDISE
    Unfortunately, the number of requests that we receive each day makes it impossible to fulfill requests for merchandise, photos or autographs from our players. 76ers' official merchandise is available on this website for purchase and in-person at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia.

    PLAYER APPEARANCES AND DONATION REQUESTS
    The 76ers cannot accept requests for player appearances and charitable donations through our website. Please click here for community relations guidelines for appearance requests and donations.

    MESSAGES FOR PLAYERS OR COACHES
    At this time we are not able to accept email messages either directly or indirectly for players or coaches. We suggest that if you'd like to try and reach a coach or player, that you do so via the US Mail.

    You should be aware that at this time, due to increased security measures, that mailed parcels and letters, once delivered, might be delayed or restricted from reaching the addressee. We apologize for this inconvenience. Unscheduled package shipments or deliveries addressed to players, coaches, or front office personnel will not be accepted for delivery at the Wachovia Center or our training site. We also are not able to forward comments along to coaches including those related to personnel or potential personnel moves.

    PERSONNEL MOVES
    It is our policy to not address concerns, or comment on rumors or theories regarding possible personnel moves. If and when there is any official statement issued by the 76ers, you'll find it first right here at www.sixers.com.
