MelissaAlicia
For Melissa Devlin, dancing is an essential component of life and her commitment to it is a result of her fascination with people and the culture that they create. Melissa has been groovin' ever since she could walk. She has been classically trained in ballet, tap and jazz from the age of four.

Building upon her love for early 90s hip hop music and social dance, Melissa has expanded her range to include funk styles and basic breakin', training with members of Rennie Harris Puremovement, the Electric Boogaloos, Rock Steady Crew and many others.

As a principal dancer in Philly's own Flomotion Dance Company, Melissa performed in Style Queens in Tokyo, Japan. Other performance credits include the stage production of Neil Young's Greendale concert, Illadelph Legends Festival, NBC FitFest, Common Threads, Jam for Jess and an appearance in Zen One's The Highest Paid Monkey.

In addition to serving as the Co-Choreographer/Coordinator of the Philadelphia 76ers JuniorDance Team for the past two years, Melissa has been on staff at Sixers DanceCamp since 2003. She was also a member of the St. Joseph's University Dance Team 1999-2000.

Alicia Del Pizzo is in her third year as coordinator and choreographer of the Junior Sixers Dancers. She was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and graduated from Upper Darby High School in 2001.

Alicia completed her degree at Cabrini College in Internet Computing and also directed and choreographed the Cabrini dance team.

Alicia's dance training and teacher training courses were completed at Touch of Class Dance studio under the direction of Debbie Apalucci. She is a full time employee at GSI Commerce but still finds the time on nights and weekends to teach dance and direct the community service performance group "Dancertainers" at Touch of Class.
