Trail Blazers In-Kind Donation Guidelines
The Portland Trail Blazers support thousands of worthwhile charitable causes and events each year. We make every effort to accommodate as many requests are possible. However, due to the number of requests we receive, we are simply unable to accommodate all requests. In order for your organization to be considered for a donation item, and to ensure fairness and maximize reach, you must comply with the following guidelines:
All donation requests must be received through our online donation request form no later than 30 days prior to your need. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Requesting non-profit organizations must have a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. You must enter your organization’s valid Tax Exempt ID # on the online form in order for your request to be considered. (If you are a business sponsoring a charitable event, please ask a member of the charity to complete the donation request form.)
The Portland Trail Blazers serve organizations within Oregon and SW Washington
We do not accept personal items to be mailed in or dropped off for signatures of players and coaches.
Due to the high volume of requests we receive, and the limited amount of items we have to donate, we are forced to limit our donation to one item per organization per year.
The Portland Trail Blazers do not provide items to be used as door prizes, giveaways or incentives.
Due to the large volume of requests received, there are no exceptions to the above guidelines. Please keep in mind that submitting an online request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation.

Community Group Tickets Donation Program
Thank you for your interest in the Portland Trail Blazers Community Ticket Donation program. Each year, through the underwriting support of the Portland Trail Blazers, its players and partners, we provide tickets to non-profit community organizations so they can experience the excitement of NBA basketball. Donations are based on availability and priority is given to organizations serving underprivileged youth and their families. Please fill out this online application to be considered for our program. Once your application is processed and approved, you will be notified when tickets are available. Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee tickets. The Trail Blazers support non-profit organizations around Oregon and SW Washington and need to give equal opportunity to all groups. The organization cannot guarantee multiple games to one group with a season. Limited tickets are available for specific games.
To guarantee tickets for a specific game, please contact our group tickets sales department by calling 503.963.3900. They have developed programs specifically for non-profit and community organizations.

Trail Blazers Appearance Requests
Throughout the season, while not performing on the court, our players assist with a variety of community relations and NBA-related initiatives, and, wherever possible are dedicated to supporting events in our community. Although time commitments during the season to the game and their families dictate most of their time, we do accept player appearance requests and ask to receive them at least 6 weeks in advance of your event. We also have a speakers bureau and Blaze the Trail Cat that make appearances. Please submit your appearance request with our online form indicating date, time and location.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the large amount of requests we receive, prior obligations and dates of the basketball season, we cannot guarantee an appearance. Once we receive your request and process it, you will be contacted after a decision has been made.
