• Continuity: When Danny Roman is loaded into the ambulance, the EMT who is driving the ambulance closes the rear doors and heads out of camera view, supposedly toward the driver side door. However, as soon as he closes the rear doors, the ambulance begins to drive off making us wonder, who is driving?
  
  
• Factual errors: When Danny Roman is loaded into the ambulance, he is positioned feet first. Patients are transported with their feet toward the rear of the ambulance so that the stretcher can be locked into position.
