• Crew or equipment visible: When the police profiler shows up at the movie studio, a grip can be clearly seen at the side of the frame, holding a light up to her face.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Detective Robert says "she must have went inside", his lips are clearly not moving.
  
  
• Continuity: Many of the witches in the coven suddenly change outfits in between shots and then back again.
  
  

• Boom mike visible: Boom mike visible in the scene where the first client sits down to speak with Malucina.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: Light stand visible in the reflection in the mirror in Stacy's bedroom.
  
  
• Continuity: The directions given to the movie studio not only make no sense, but they are different every time they are given - yet none of the characters have any trouble finding the studio.
  
  
• Plot holes: Stacy somehow manages to leave a message on Rich's machine and somehow knows where she is, even though she was magically teleported there, did not have access to a phone, and never would have had a chance to make a phone call.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: Shadow of cameraman visible in the first shot of the new coven initiates walking through the alley.
