Friday, 31 Aug 2007 09:36 The Nairobi skyline: Troubled by corruption? A criminal network centred around former Kenyan president Daniel Arap Moi stole over $1 billion (£0.5 billion) from his country, a report alleges.

The Guardian newspaper quotes a report obtained by anti-corruption website Wikileaks by international risk consultancy Kroll International which makes the claims against Mr Moi and members of his family.
