Description (as provided by the original submitter)
This is an unofficial translation of the Thai Interim Constitution that the military installed after the military coup of 2006. It was previously available here: http://www.nationmultimedia.com/2006/10/02/headlines/headlines_30015101.php but it has been removed, presumably by the Thai military. It's not a leak, but a repost of censored material.
