This document details the structure of the Kibaki Presidential Campaign Communications Directorate. Mary M'Mukindia is listed at the head of the directorate. One of the Units, Strategic Communications, is headed by a man called Marcus Courage of Africa Practice, a UK PR firm ( http://www.africapractice.com/ ). Courage is alleged to be running black information operations against ODM (Orange Democratic Movement) and organising the Kibaki international media/ propaganda campaign. His team includes lawyers and professors.
