To manage a depot stockroom of higher-echelon and Army in Europe publications and blank forms, to maintain a globally accessible publishing website (AEPUBS), and to operate a customer-service help desk.

Provide our customers a full-service ordering solution to meet their publications and forms requirements, provide detailed publications-account management, and embrace the future as a team.

Provide day-to-day service to USAREUR, IMCOM-Europe, and deployed units throughout the European theater, the Middle East, Southwest Asia, and Africa.
Establish separate accounts (V accounts) for deployed units.
Provide training to garrison and deployed publications-account holders on how to establish and maintain their accounts.
Requisition, distribute, and manage approximately 1,000 line items of hard-copy publications and forms.
Develop, manage, and continuously enhance AEPUBS.
