Easily charge and store your Wii Remotes with Nyko’s Charge Station for Wii. The Charge Station includes 2 NiMH batteries, exclusively designed for the Wii Remote, each providing up to 25 hours of play time. Each battery is easily recharged by placing the Wii Remote in the charging dock. The charging dock conveniently plugs into any standard wall outlet, allowing for rapid recharging of both batteries in 8 hours. The Charge Station includes 2 custom battery covers with contact pass-through points so you can charge the batteries while they are still in the remote. Each battery cover is also rubberized for superior grip during intense gaming sessions. The Charge Station matches the décor and styling of the Wii, and is small enough to fit in any home entertainment center.

Fast Charger with Classy Look |

I bought this charger several months ago and it works great. It comes with two ribbed battery packs that replace the normal battery cover on your Wii remote. The battery packs charge up full in a few hours and, in my experience, last longer than the normal battery option. We leave the remotes in the charger when we're done playing and haven't had any issues with battery life.
The design is visually appealing and looks great next to your Wii. However, the cool part is that it doesn't have to be connected to, or stored near, your Wii. You can put it anywhere in the room where you have access to an AC outlet.
My only complaint is that it wasn't designed to accomodate the new Wii grips, but if you don't use these or are comfortable removing them while you charge, you'll be fine. Sometimes you do need to jiggle the Wii remote to get a good connection, but there's a handy indicator light to show you when the charger has a good connection. All in all, I highly recommend this...[More]
