What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?
GameStop.com cannot issue credit for International packages which are refused or abandoned.
Will the game I ordered play on my system?
The products we sell are designed to work with the NTSC electronics specification only. You should check to see if the products we sell will work with your local area's electronics specification.
Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?
You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges.
