Eric Wilson
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Raley's
Eric F. G. Wilson is Raley’s Sr. Vice President & Chief Information Officer. Eric provides Technology vision and leadership for Raley’s. He oversees, directs and executes the overall Technology strategy, operations and staff administration for the Raley’s Information Technology department

He is responsible for the conception, development, implementation, and management of Raley’s Enterprise technology strategy.

Eric brings to the company, 25 years of global IT operations experience. Before joining Raley’s, He was most recently Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Fusionstorm, a technology services company. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Philip Services Corporation a multi-national industrial services, laboratory and engineering services company with over $3 billion in annual revenues. Eric also held several IT management positions at Dofasco, an integrated materials manufacturer with over $2.7 Billion in annual sales. There he served as General Manager, Information Technology Services at Dofasco, Inc.

Eric is currently a member of SBC Communications Inc. Board of Advisors, Perry Johnson Registrars’ Advisory Board and serves on the boards of several technology companies. Eric graduated with honors from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. He holds an Honors Bachelor’s degree in computer science and business administration.
 
 
Phil Cardman
Former Vice President and General Counsel
OSI and Convex Computer
Philip Cardman, is an attorney with special expertise in general corporate and commercial law, international law and intellectual property matters.

Cardman served as vice president, general counsel and secretary for Objective Systems Integrators, makers of network management software. At OSI, he started the company's legal function and also managed its human resources and information systems operations.

Before OSI Cardman was vice president of business development, general counsel and secretary for Convex Computer Corp., makers of mini-supercomputers. Cardman spent eight years at Tandem Computers, including 3 1/2 years in London, and five years at Itel Corp. He began his career in private law practice at Pettit & Martin in San Francisco.

Cardman earned his bachelor's degree in English literature and drama from Washington University and his juris doctor (J.D.) degree from Duke University.
 
 
Richard Brooks
Partner, Tatum, LLC
Brooks is a Partner in the San Francisco/Silicon Valley practice of Tatum, LLC, a national executive services consulting company.

During his career, Brooks has directed the turnaround of several troubled companies, used his financial leadership expertise to raise close to $200 million of equity and led the negotiation and implementation of 36 merger and acquisition transactions totaling nearly $200 million in value. Brooks specializes in executive and financial leadership, mergers & acquisitions, raising capital, turnarounds and strategic planning for public, venture capital funded and emerging-growth companies.

Prior to joining Tatum, Brooks served as CEO and Chairman of the Board for VantageMed Corporation, a publicly traded software products and services company, where he developed and successfully executed a turnaround plan that resolved SEC issues, reduced cash burn from $2.2 million a quarter to a positive EBITDA and increased stock price up to 8 fold in less than two years. Before VantageMed, Brooks co-founded NetStream, where as CFO he raised $130 million from UBS Capital and Cisco Capital. Before founding NetStream, Brooks was SVP and CFO of Physicians Clinical Laboratory (PCL), a publicly traded healthcare services company, where he was recruited to lead their turnaround efforts.

Prior to PCL, Brooks founded Brooks & Associates, which provided strategic services, such as M&A, capital raising, and interim executive leadership to companies in various industries. Brooks began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte and Touche, a Big 4 accounting firm.

Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Oregon State University.
