  • Pet Stayz lists several pet friendly properties in the Brisbane region.

You can even take your dog for a day visit to Bunyaville Forest Reserve and Daisy Hill Conservation Park but your dog must be on a leash at all times.

Camping or even visiting a National Park with a dog or cat is not allowed. Dogs are not permitted on beaches or inter-tidal areas that are part of Marine National Parks e.g. some beaches of Bribie Island and roosting areas of Moreton Bay. Other beaches will have signage about keeping pets on a leash at all times.

There are also a few privately owned camping grounds where pets are welcome.
