Information: Graphics in Communications and Presentations

In pre-email days, we didn't have to think twice about placing a graphic in our communications or presentations. Today, when the majority of our communications are being sent via email, we need to consider how these graphics add to the size of the file we are sending.

The attached document in PDF and Word formats provides information on managing the size of graphics in email and presentations. In fact, here's an example of how this works; the PDF version of this document is about 150mb as opposed to about 275mb for the Word version, so if you choose to view the PDF this should download for you in about half the time.
