[edit] Career

In 1996, Jennings set up a digital entertainment agency, The Red Box Group (now Red Box New Media), which provides support for entertainment based companies and charities. Racking up an impressive list of theatre credits his work on film and screen has been varied and usually comedic.

In 2004, he took the film production arm of Red Box New Media and set it up as independent film production company Peanut Films. He has produced and directed two shorts for Peanut Films, Out Of The Frying Pan... and Toilet Humour.[1]

His design work under the banner of Red Box New Media is varied but has always been related to the entertainment industry working on the official UK websites for films like Van Helsing, The Bourne Supremacy, Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, 9 Songs and Racing Stripes, as well as creation of the official UK websites for The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Untold Scandal.

He created the multi award-winning website for the BBC Two cookery show The Hairy Bikers' Cookbook and won more acclaim with the corporate website for independent film producers Barford Productions, (see external links below). He also produced and designed a controversial Macromedia Flash animation for Greenpeace, featuring a chainsaw wielding Ronald MacDonald.

During the summer of 2007, Adam produced a set of creative global marketing elements for the Twentieth Century Fox film Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer; that included animated winks, emoticons and dynamic display pictures the public could download and use for free on their Microsoft Windows Live Messenger chat application.[2] Later during the same summer he also produced a full campaign for The Simpsons Movie which ran in over 20 markets throughout the world and included two full sets of Windows Live Messenger Personal Expression elements, a mini site, HTML emails and multiple variants of display advertising; all of which was localised for each market.[3]

Following on a similar Windows Live Messenger related theme, Campbell-Ewald Digital, commissioned Adam's new media design studio, Red Box New Media to produce a full set of Personal Expression elements for General Motors Chevy brand sponsorship of the Live Earth events. The Messenger elements tied in with a larger campaign that included display advertising and an award-winning website to promote the various types of alternative fuel and hybrid Chevy vehicles available.[4]

Most recently Adam and his studio have been awarded the contracts to design and build websites for UK Television and Radio comedy legends Pozzitive Television,[5] run by Geoff Posner and David Tyler and also to completely re-vamp the website for The Theatre, Chipping Norton; a little Victorian gem of a theatre that has become a National treasure and is well respected internationally.[6]

Previously he worked as Head Of Internet for computer games developers Rebellion, where he designed graphics for numerous computer games including The Mummy, Asterix & The Search For Dogmatix and Mission: Impossible, as Senior Designer for pan-European ISP World Online and Senior Designer again for the UK arm of Italian ISP Tiscali and also as Creative Lead (EMEA) for Microsofts' Premier Media Group, handling art direction on accounts for the likes of Twentieth Century Fox, Warner Bros., Adidas and Nike.
