Grace Stafford Lantz (b. New York City on November 7, 1903 – d. March 17, 1992 in Los Angeles), was an American actress, the wife of animation producer Walter Lantz. She was usually professionally billed under her maiden name.

Stafford is best known for providing the voice of Lantz's most famous character, Woody Woodpecker, from 1950 until 1990. It was not until 1958, with the cartoon Misguided Missile, that she received credit as the voice of the cartoon character however, as Stafford believed that children would be disillusioned if they knew Woody was voiced by a woman.

In addition she also played small parts in films such as Margie and Doc Savage throughout her life. She died in 1992 at the age of 88, from cancer in Los Angeles.
