B5 is an R&B Boy group originating from St. Petersburg, Florida. The group consists of Dustin, Kelly, Patrick, Carnell, and Bryan Breeding.B5 was originally known as the TNT Boyz, featuring only the four eldest brothers. They renamed themselves B5 when Bryan, the youngest brother, joined the group. The group's name is derived from the initial of the brothers' last name and the number of the siblings in the group.

B5 has toured with Mario Winans, Kanye West, Ginuwine, Usher, Fantasia, Mario, Omarion, T-Pain, Yung Joc, Diddy, 112, Bobby Valentino, Chris Brown, the Jonas Brothers,Everlife, and many other talented artists. From 2005 - 2007 they headlined Radio Disney's Jingle Jam Tour. B5 was also an act on the 2005 Scream Tour IV. B5 made a cameo in Ciara's, "1, 2 Step" video and Ludacris's video, Georgia. B5 have also appeared in the film The Guardian.

They did not return to the Scream Tour in 2007. Instead they headlined the Russ Parr Bus Tour featuring Soulja Boy, Hurricane Chris, Mims, Yung Berg, and others.

B5 performed a new version of the High School Musical song Get'cha Head in the Game, produced by Andrew Lane, Eddie Galan and B5. The song is featured on Disney's High School Musical soundtrack. B5 also performed a new version of the classic Earth Wind & Fire song, Shining Star on Disney's Hannah Montana (album). B5 was going to be the opening act for Raven Symone's Pajama Party Tour, but recently she told her fans that it will be canceled. B5 has just recently appeared on the show All My Children on April 25, 2008. They performed their single "Erica Kane" from their album Don't Talk Just Listen. In the scene, B5 performed their song in support of freeing Erica Kane.

B5 began working on their second album, Don't Talk, Just Listen, which was released on September 11, 2007. Some songs on the album were written by them. They were reported to be working with producers such as DJ Focus, Drino Man, Impala Tech, Soul Diggaz, Scott Storch, Drew Lane, Daron Jones, Will.i.am, Jim Jonsin, Mischka, Blaze, Brian Cox, Underdogs, Insomniax, Mario Winans, 88 Productions, Wiley Morris, Corte Ellis, Danja, and others.[citation needed]

They are currently working on the video for their second single, In My Bedroom, which is to be shot in Los Angeles. The video shoot has been pushed back by the groups' label, Bad Boy Records. They also hope to work with other singers in the future.
