Almost 90% of its students attend part time, and many of the courses offered are held at night or on Saturdays, making it more convenient for those currently holding full-time jobs. It offers full-time programs in Applied Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, and Sport Management. The Goodwin College also offers a variety of part-time and night classes. It also has "Saturday Scholars" programs, which require class attendance all day Saturday, as well as substantial outside-of-class work. Saturday Scholars programs include Communications and Applied Technology, Computing Technology, General Studies, Behavioral and Addictions Counseling Sciences, and Health-Services Administration. The Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts department together run the Academic Bistro, a full restaraunt and lounge on the 6th floor of the Academic Building.
