Bouquet Heart is made in two rounds, using #5 Tatting Needle & #10 green & red thread.
The leafs are made in one round, a mock picot will be used on the first chain made, and a red split ring on the border, second ring made.

Starting with the green leafs:
Ch 4ds p 4ds, (Add a clip to the loop as you close the ring, this will make a MP)
(For the shuttle add the clip first and hold onto it as if it were a ring aready made. As you make the first ds, it will close on the clip to make the MP)

Work around other side, using pattern in reverse from * to **. On the last chain of 15 at the bottom, join to the base and make the bottom ring.
