This Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of the IRROB.org Web site and the online shopping stores linked to . By accessing the IRROB Web site, User ("User") agrees to the following terms and conditions. This Web site is provided by IRROB.org and may be used for its intended purposes only. By using the site or downloading materials from the site, User agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this notice. If User does not agree, User has no right or license to access the IRROB.org Web site and should not do so.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time. Please check the Agreement periodically for changes. IRROB.org operates an interactive online program ("IRROB.org Online Shopping Program") that enables IRROB.org 's users ("Users") to access the Web sites of third-party merchants ("Merchants") and to purchase certain goods or services from such Merchants' sites. The IRROB.org Online Shopping Program enables Users to direct rebates, which are generated by their purchases and are based on referral fees paid by Merchants, to charity of IRROB designated as non-profit (non-profit) and recognized by the IRS as an organization eligible to receive tax deductible charitable contributions…
A User intending to benefit the IRROB charity must visit and link to IRROB.org and shop at a Merchant's site or sites posted on the IRROB.org Website to receive rebates generated by the User's purchases prior to making any such purchases; otherwise, the rebates will not be credited to the user or benefit the charity. To generate a rebate, a User must utilize a Merchant link on the IRROB.org Shopping site to the Merchant site, make a purchase, accept delivery and make payment for the purchase to the Merchant. The amount of rebates payable vary widely depending on the Merchant and/or the item or service purchased. In the event of returns by the User and subject to other terms and conditions between the User and the Merchant, rebates may be subject to adjustment. Rebates will be in accordance with the rebate percentages listed on the Merchant’s site at the time of the User's purchase.
The rebates made by Merchant may or may not be tax-deductible by User.
User understands that IRROB.org does not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. IRROB.ORG is not a party to the transactions entered into between Users and Merchants. USER AGREES THAT USE OF THE IRROB.ORG ON-LINE SHOPPING PROGRAM IS AT THE SOLE RISK OF USER AND THAT THE IRROB.ORG PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL IRROB.ORG BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO THE IRROB.ORG SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL IRROB.ORG BE LIABLE TO USERS FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OFANY KIND.
Access to any other Internet web site linked to the IRROB.org site is at the User's own risk. User should be aware that linked web sites contain rules and regulations, privacy provisions, confidentiality provisions, transmission of personal data provisions, and other provisions that differ from the provisions provided on the IRROB.org site. IRROB.org is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions.
Users who buy products or services from Merchants will be deemed to be customers of Merchant. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchant will apply to Users while on such Merchant's site or local store location. IRROB.org is not responsible for information provided by Users to Merchants. Merchant and IRROB.org are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.
The trademarks, logos and services marks ("Marks") displayed on the IRROB.org Site are the property of IRROB.org and other parties. Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose without the written permission of IRROB.org or such third party, which may own the Marks. All information and content including any software programs available on or through the IRROB.org site is protected by copyright. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between IRROB.org and User with respect to User's use of the Site. Any cause of action User may have with respect to User's use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
