How to get there: 9 miles North of Reedsport mile post 202 Hwy 101.

Nearby: Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, Tahkenitch, Tahkenitch Landing, Tahkenitch Dunes, Threemile Lake, Tahkenitch Creek Loop, Threemile South, Oregon Dunes Overlook

Trail Description: This trail gives the hiker a choice to do a 1.5 to 2.5 mile loop or if the beach is what you are looking to see then take the 3.5 mile stretch through several types of coastal forests marshes, deflation plains, meadows and view the winding Tahkenitch Creek.

Comments: Look for signs showing where snowy plover habitat areas are located. Please respect nesting birds’ privacy.
