If you own the copyright on the item, yes - however it's highly unlikely if it's been scanned from a magazine or taken as a screenshot from a TV series or a movie!

Note that it is a criminal offence under the Copyright Design and Patents Act 1988 to submit for copying, photographs or artwork, unless you are the holder of the copyright or have written permission from the copyright owner. Therefore, in keeping with similar codes of practice, copies are only accepted on the understanding that the customer has the legal rights for the reproduction and will be held entirely responsible for any dispute arising there from.

This is why you are asked to agree a copyright notice when checking photos in.
