This is a guide to the types of images which need to be flagged by you as images with adult content. If you fail to flag your images when necessary, then you will lose 5 karma points. Any user who gets a karma level of 0 will be suspended from the service completely.

Please note that this is a guide - should you disagree with a flagging decision made by our approvals team, you can write to help@fotopic.net where your images will be reviewed.

The following images must be adult-flagged:

Nudity

• Adults
• Female nakedness - front view above the waist
• Female nakedness - front and rear view below the waist
• Male nakedness below the waist - front and rear
• Children
• See declined images.

Profanity

• Any swear word appearing in an image e.g. t-shirt, poster, etc.

Hand Gestures

• Extended middle finger in full view of image - in order to cause offence
• Extended index and middle finger in full view of image - in order to cause offence

Medical Procedures

• Extensive medical procedures/operations

The following images will be declined:

These are images that we choose not to host - generally of a more extreme nature.

Nudity

• Adult
• Any images of sexual activity - ie. penetration or touching of the genitalia.
• Children
• We ask that all users try to be responsible about which images of their children they choose to place on our site, and advise that naked images of their children be password protected if possible. Images of children do not have to be adult-flagged, but the following pictures will be declined:
• Child nakedness displayed in any sexual context.
• Female child nakedness - above the waist from the age of 8 upwards.
• Female child nakedness - complete from the age 5 upwards.
• Male child nakedness - complete from the age of 5 upwards.

Illegal Activity

• Violence - including images inciting racial hatred
• Drugs and other illegal substance activity
• Images of people taking drugs
• Images of anyone deemed to be involved in activities of an illegal nature.
