He serves as a Director of Weingarten Realty Investors, Weingarten Properties, Academy Sports and Outdoors, Inc., and the Houston region of JPMorgan/Chase & Co. He also serves on the board of NAREIT. Mr. Alexander is a Past Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jamie Bersani

James L. "Jamie" Bersani currently serves as EVP of Limited Brands Retail Real Estate, a role he has occupied since April, 2006. He is responsible for leading the strategic and proactive execution of all retail real estate transactions, as well as nurturing relationships with landlords in order to position and reposition Limited Brands in various shopping venues. Limited Brands currently occupies approximately 13 million square feet, comprised of 2,900 stores. Current brands include Victoria’s Secret, Pink, La Senza, Bath & Body Works, C.O. Bigelow, White Barn Candle, and Henri Bendel.

Bersani joined Limited Brands in 1986 as a Real Estate Director, was promoted to Vice President of Real Estate in 1995, and promoted to SVP of Real Estate in 2000.

Prior to joining Limited Brands, Bersani worked in tax law and accounting with Coopers & Lybrand from 1984-1986, and Ernst & Whinney from 1980-1981. He is a licensed attorney and CPA in New York State.

Bersani is a three-time graduate of Syracuse University, earning his B.S. and M.S. degrees from its School of Management (1980, 1984), as well as his J.D. degree from its College of Law (1984). He resides in New Albany, Ohio with his wife Ashley and son Ryder.

Melissa Boughton joined Regis Corporation in 2003. As Senior Vice President of Real Estate, Ms. Boughton determines the real estate strategies and objectives necessary to achieve growth for over 11,000 of Regis Corporation’s salons, hair restoration centers, and beauty schools. As a national-credit tenant, Regis’ real estate success is a direct result of building and leasing attractive salons in high-traffic malls, high-visibility open-air and power centers, co-tenancy with national retailers, and presence in downtown and streetfront locations. Boughton supervises the market development and financial evaluation of real estate deals. Key salon concepts include Regis Salon, Supercuts, MasterCuts, Cost Cutters, Trade Secret/Beauty Secret, First Choice Haircutters, Vidal Sassoon, Jean Louis David, HairMasters, BoRics and Style America. Boughton has nearly 20 years of real estate and management experience, most recently serving as a vice president, property development mall division, for Best Buy. She was also previously a marketing director, mall manager and leasing director with General Growth Properties. Boughton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern Indiana. She has been a member of ICSC since June of 1986, and served as ICSC Minnesota State Retail Chair from 1995 until 1998.

Mr. Braithwaite was President and CEO of Cambridge Shopping Centers (now Ivanhoe Cambridge) developer and manager of large enclosed regional shopping malls in Canada from 1978 to 2002. Mr. Braithwaite is a Past Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a past President of the Canadian Institute of Public Real Estate Companies (CIPREC).

Eduardo holds an architectural degree from the University of Guadalajara and a masters in Urban and Regional Planning from The University of Washington. He has served in the board of numerous social, cultural and religious institutions and he was the president of The Mexican Friends of the Jerusalem Museum, Founder and First Chair of the Graduate Studies Program in Urban Planning at the University of Guadalajara and head of Planning, for the city of Guadalajara, Mexico’s second largest city. Today Eduardo and his wife Eemilie live in Mexico City and Monterrey City, Mexico. They are the proud parents of two sons, one daughter and seven grand children.

His practice focuses on consulting with specialty retailers and investment firms on brand development, real estate, marketing, and business strategic planning. He was most recently President and CEO of lucy activewear until it was sold to VF Corporation in August 2007.

He began his career with the May Company in 1983 in the management training program and spent five years as a buyer. He then joined Target Stores and worked in the field merchandising division for two years. In 1990, Edwards joined CompUSA, then a seven-store chain. He held the positions of Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager as well as Senior Vice president of Store Operations in his tenure for the 5 Billion dollar computer specialty retailer. From 1999 to 2001, Edwards was Executive Vice President, Merchandising and Chief Marketing Officer at West Marine, Inc. (NYSE: WMAR), a specialty retailer of boating supplies. Edwards served as Executive Vice President, Operations for Jo-Ann Stores (NYSE: JAS): a 900-store, $2.0-billion-dollar national fabric and craft retailer from 2001-2004. He also was director and chairman of the board of iGo Corporation (NYSE: MOBE), a mobile technology products parts provider, from October 1999 to January 2001. He is current a trustee for the International Council of Shopping Centers organization as well as Portland State University Business School.

Prior to joining GE Capital, he was Vice President for six years with Republic Mortgage Investors, a REIT based in Coral Gables, Florida. He graduated from Bucknell University in 1971 with a B.S. in Business Administration, and received an M.B.A. in 1973 from the University of Miami. Mr. Henry has been a member of ICSC since April 2001.

Mr. Hoesley earned a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minn. and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago.

Mr. Hoesley is a trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and of the Center for Urban Land Economics Research University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He is also a board member of Catholic Charities of Minneapolis-St. Paul, and a member of numerous other professional and civic organizations.

Ms. Lapin served three years as ICSC State Director for Southern California, having previously served as National Chair of the ICSC Public Relations Task Force, and is a frequent contributor to many industry journals and textbooks.

James E. Maurin was elected the 45th Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers at its annual meeting in May 2004 for the 2004-2005 term. Mr. Maurin is one of the founders of Stirling Properties and currently serves as its Chairman. Prior to his election as Chairman of ICSC, Maurin served on the Executive Committee, Government Relations Committee, ICSC PAC, and as a member of the Board of Trustees (1997-2003). For three years he was ICSC’s Southern Division Vice President, and served as Louisiana State Director for two years. A 1972 graduate of Tulane University, with an MBA degree, and an Aerospace Engineering degree from LSU, Mr. Maurin and his wife Lillian reside in Hammond, Louisiana. They are the proud parents of three lovely daughters, Carla, Caroline, and Marli and three grandchildren.

Phil McArthur has distinguished himself as an expert on International shopping centres having been involved in the development, leasing and management of over 35 shopping centres worldwide. Mr. McArthur’s career has contributed to the international standards of shopping centre and retail projects in such diverse countries as Canada, USA, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, China and India.

Phil McArthur has focused the last 12 years on developing several significant Mixed Use Development such as Deira City Centre, Dubai, UAE, City Stars in Cairo, Egypt and Dubai Festival City, as well as assisting in the planning of The Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. Mr .McArthur was recognized by the ICSC Maxi award committee for his projects both in Dubai and Cairo.

As a member of the ICSC Educational Faculty, Phil McArthur has lectured in the Middle East and China. Phil McArthur served on the Board of Directors of the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres for 12 years and was President in 2000 and 2001.

Phil McArthur was elected to the ICSC Board of Trustees as the first representative from the Middle East in 2005.

Mr. McArthur is now leading Ivanhoe Cambridge’s country strategy in India.

He currently is Chairman of Kincora, Inc., dba Thunder Sporting Goods, a retail sporting goods company he and his wife, Linda, started in 1986. Kim McInnes was appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Ivanhoe Cambridge in 2001 following the merger of Ivanhoe Inc. and Cambridge Shopping Centres Ltd. He was previously Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Cambridge since 1996. Mr. McInnes has been working in commercial real estate since 1986. In 1999, he was singled out for recognition as one of Canada's Top 40 under 40, a prestigious honor bestowed upon those who have shown outstanding leadership in their chosen field. He was awarded a Master of Urban Development from Oxford University's Joint Centre for Urban Development in England in 1986. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Murphy oversees all aspects of the development and management of all retail projects in the Cousins portfolio and continues to focus on the expansion of the Avenue* concept.
