Mr. Brown is the Chief Executive Officer of Edens & Avant, one of the largest owners, operators and developers of grocery-anchored shopping centers in the United States. Edens & Avant has over $2.5 billion invested in 240 retail centers totaling more than 23 million square feet located along the Eastern Seaboard with its headquarters in Columbia, South Carolina and regional offices in Boston and Washington DC.

Mike Edwards is President of M. J. Edwards Consulting LLC. His practice focuses on consulting with specialty retailers and investment firms on brand development, real estate, marketing, and business strategic planning. He was most recently President and CEO of lucy activewear until it was sold to VF Corporation in August 2007.

He began his career with the May Company in 1983 in the management training program and spent five years as a buyer. He then joined Target Stores and worked in the field merchandising division for two years. In 1990, Edwards joined CompUSA, then a seven-store chain. He held the positions of Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager as well as Senior Vice president of Store Operations in his tenure for the 5 Billion dollar computer specialty retailer. From 1999 to 2001, Edwards was Executive Vice President, Merchandising and Chief Marketing Officer at West Marine, Inc. (NYSE: WMAR), a specialty retailer of boating supplies. Edwards served as Executive Vice President, Operations for Jo-Ann Stores (NYSE: JAS): a 900-store, $2.0-billion-dollar national fabric and craft retailer from 2001-2004. He also was director and chairman of the board of iGo Corporation (NYSE: MOBE), a mobile technology products parts provider, from October 1999 to January 2001. He is current a trustee for the International Council of Shopping Centers organization as well as Portland State University Business School.

Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Business in 1983 from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

David B. Henry is Vice-Chairman & Chief Investment Officer of Kimco Realty Corporation, a NYSE REIT which is one of the nation’s largest owner of neighborhood and community shopping centers. Before joining Kimco Realty, Mr. Henry was Senior Vice President & Chief Investment Officer at GE Capital Real Estate. He spent 23 years with the company and was responsible for pension advisory activities and investment policies and strategies in the U. S. and international markets. Mr. Henry was also chairman of the Investment Committee, and a member of the Credit Committee. Prior to joining GE Capital, he was Vice President for six years with Republic Mortgage Investors, a REIT based in Coral Gables, Florida. He graduated from Bucknell University in 1971 with a B.S. in Business Administration, and received an M.B.A. in 1973 from the University of Miami. Mr. Henry has been a member of ICSC since April 2001.

Ms. Holland is the Chief Executive Officer of Abbell Credit Corporation, a sixty-year old private real estate investment, development and management company with an approximately 2 million/sf portfolio, comprised of shopping center, office, enclosed mall properties. Ms. Holland is responsible for overseeing all business and legal matters, including development, financing, leasing, capital improvements, and investor and tenant relations.

She serves on Dress Barn’s Executive Committee and has been with the company for 21 years.

Mr. Lelli is Vice President of Development for Borders Group, Inc. a leading global retailer of books, music, video and other information and entertainment items. Mr. Lelli is responsible for overseeing all site selection, leasing, acquisition, construction and development activities.

Mr. McCabe retired as Executive Vice President of Development from New England Development Co. He currently is Chairman of Kincora, Inc., dba Thunder Sporting Goods, a retail sporting goods company he and his wife, Linda, started in 1986. Mr. McCabe is a Past Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr McCarty is Executive VP of Development Operations at Simon Property Group, Inc. Simon Property Group is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust which, through its subsidiary partnerships, is engaged primarily in the ownership, development, management, leasing, acquisition and expansion of income-producing properties, primarily regional malls and community shopping centers. Mr. McCarty oversees the development, leasing and management of approximately 85 community centers throughout the United States.

Mr. McEwen is the President of Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers. In this role, Mr. McEwen oversees the leasing, property management, and marketing departments; negotiates the anchor tenant leases, and leads the new site selection efforts.

Ms. Richardson is The Container Store’s Vice President of Real Estate. Ms. Richardson is responsible for The Container Store’s real estate site selection, store design and development for major metropolitan areas across the country.

Michael Roberts received his J. D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 1974, the year he and his brother, Steven, founded The Roberts Companies. Roberts Brothers Properties, formed in 1982, purchased ten acres in the urban core of St. Louis City today known as The Roberts Village. Roberts Plaza, LLC formed in 1999, when Mr. Roberts purchased a struggling strip shopping center and freestanding grocery store adjacent to St. Louis’ fashionable central west-end. Mr. Roberts is the author of Action Has No Season, Secrets and Strategies to Gaining Wealth and Authority. He has been a member of ICSC since April 2004.

Yaromir Steiner is CEO of Columbus-based Steiner + Associates, Inc., development and property management firm. Mr. Steiner formed Steiner + Associates in 1993. Over the past 13 years, the company has developed, or is in the process of developing, more than four million square feet of New Urban Retail projects. Deploying long-term vision, experience and creativity, Mr. Steiner and his team of more than 350 employees in six states, have elevated the tax base and exposure of urban and suburban communities alike by stimulating economic reinvestment and creating one-of-a-kind retail environments. Born in Istanbul, Turkey and a former member of the French 11th Airborne Division, Mr. Steiner holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and a post graduate degree in Business Administration from the University in Toulouse in France. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Council for New Urbanism. He resides in New Albany (Columbus), Ohio, and has been a member of ICSC since August 1989.

William S. Taubman is chief operating officer of Taubman Centers, Inc. He is responsible for development, operations and leasing, and also serves as a director of the company. He joined the company in 1986 from Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. in NY, where he was a financial analyst specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of Brown University, where he received a bachelor's degree in Philosophy of Religion and Russian Studies. He also holds a master's degree in Philosophy from Corpus Christi College of Cambridge University, Cambridge, England. A member of ULI, and NAREIT, Mr. Taubman is a member of the board of trustees for New Detroit and serves on the board of governors for the Museum of Arts & Design in New York. He has been a member of ICSC since February 1992. Taubman Centers (NYSE: TCO), a real estate investment trust, owns, develops and operates regional shopping centers nationally. Taubman Centers is headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Douglas Walrod has been a member of the ICSC since 1979. Prior to joining Dick's Sporting Goods as Sr. Vice President of Real Estate and Development in May of 2005, Doug was Vice President of Real Estate for Sears. He has held similar positions at ULTA Cosmetics and oversaw the growth activities at PETsMART as Sr. Vice President of Real Estate and Development, taking them from 50 stores to 500 stores over a seven year period. In addition to spending seven years on the development side of the business Doug headed up the real estate program for Brown Group, Inc. predecessor to Brown Shoe Co. While serving as Vice President of Real Estate, Brown Group operated under various businesses names (4400 stores), Famous Footwear and Naturalizer Shoes to name a few. Doug has been a member of ICSC since February 2000.
