A separate registration form is required for each person enrolling. If additional forms are needed, please photocopy the registration form.
To enhance learning and program quality, Registration is limited to 55 students for certificate programs. Registrants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the course you register for is closed, you will be notified immediately.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, ICSC will send you a confirmation notice. One month before the program, an additional package will be sent to you, which will include program schedules and locations, transportation service schedules and other items of interest.
