The Government of the Republic of Abkhazia governs the internationally unrecognised but de facto independent Republic of Abkhazia. As such, it stands in direct opposition to the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, the authorities of the Georgian State, which Abkhazia is internationally recognised to constitute a part of.

The Republic of Abkhazia is headed by a president, who is supported by a vice president, positions currently occupied by Sergei Bagapsh and Raul Khadjimba, respectively. They are served by a cabinet of ministers, which is headed by current prime minister Alexander Ankvab.
