The King of Nepal is traditionally known as the श्री ५ महा्राजधिराज Śrī 5 Mahārājdhirāj; his queen is known as the श्री ५ बदमहाराणी Śrī 5 Badmahārāṇī. The governing seven party alliance (SPA) assumes that the Monarchy will be removed and a republic established following elections on 10 April 2008. However, the fate of monarchy is to be decided by the people's mandate. [1]
