André Leducq (February 27, 1904 - June 18, 1980) was a French cyclist who won the 1930 and 1932 Tour de France.

Leducq was born at Saint-Ouen. He was two times World Champion in the amateur category, before turning professional in 1927. The following year he won the Paris-Roubaix and was second in the general classment of Tour de France, establishing his popularity also for his good temper and good humour. His other main victories include the two Tour de France (he won a total of 25 stages in 9 participations) and the 1931 Paris-Tours.

After his retirement, he founded a professional cycling that raced in the 1950s.
