Niamthullah Khan, (born October 1, 1930 Ajmer, British India) was the Nazim of largest city of Pakistan, Karachi from August 2001-June 2005. He graduated from Punjab University with a Masters in Journalism and a Law Degree Government organizations with respect to rehabilitation and sustainablefrom Karachi University. He is lawyer by profession. He is the only Mayor of Karachi who was selected in Top-20 Mayors of World.

He was first Nazim of Karachi after devolution plan. He belongs to Jamaat-e-Islami. Naimatullah Khan was elected City Nazim (Mayor) in 2001. He lost elections in 2005 to MQM backed Haq Parast candidate Mustafa Kamal.

During his tenure from 2001-2005 Karachi several Mega Projects and Development Projects were started which earned him a lot of respect from all quarters. President of Pakistan recently praised him for his integrity and hard work.
