Joe Yule

Joe Yule (b. April 30, 1894 in Scotland - d. March 30, 1950 in Hollywood, California, of a heart attack) was a vaudeville comedian who also starred in many films as a character actor. He was noted for his role in the "Jiggs and Maggie" film series.

He was also Mickey Rooney's father.
