{{linkless-date|June 2006}}{{context}} A '''1-2''' (one, two) is a rather difficult floor Gymnastics move/trick. It's rather in a code: a '1' refers to a full, and a '2' refers to a double. A full is essentially a layout, or one full vertical rotation fully flat, along with one 360 degree horizontal rotation. A double is the same, except for a 720 degree horizontal rotation. 1-2's comprise of a full, and when the gymnast lands, a double is performed. Although this is most commonly seen in running tumbling, tumbling with a round-off preceding the tricks, it can be done as a standing trick. Although a standing full is different from a round-off full, they are referred to as the same trick. Category:Gymnastics_manoeuvres {{sport-stub}}
