Trees & Glades of the Goddess







Breathe in the rich air of life
Notice the delicate lines of the trees
In this moment, you have peace

The light peeks through the branches
The shade is cool and comforting
Visiualize the breeze upon your face

Breathe in deeply and slowly
When next you see a Tree . . . Remember
Trees are ever present sanctuaries of the Spirit
Honor them and they will fill you with life's energy







There is beauty all around you
Bright reminders of the magic of Nature
Blooming in gardens, sidewalk cracks, and fields

Even weeds have great beauty
They can teach us about persistence
They are Nature's "never give up" survivors






Soft vibrant leaves shimmer with sunlight, the air is warm. When was the last time you claimed the moments of the day for yourself? Cats know how to pamper themselves and enjoy quiet moments. They could teach us a lot about living. Sometimes things get so busy that I forget to be alive and aware of the peaceful moments I could choose to claim. Magic moments to renew myself.

Each day now, I am claiming time without activity or worry.
I am claiming time to to "just be."



Remember to notice the deep green shadows on the grass, the gentle flutter of the leaves, rustling softly. Feel the abundance of life all around you.


Next time you see a tree, take a moment to focus on a single branch. Look at the texture, and the rich shades of color. Imagine that you have never seen a branch before and really see its shape, and the way smaller branches grow out of it.




Each branch has its own unique texture. The tree's bark is a map of its life, with scars, and changes, and growth. We are like the trees.



Now look even closer




To know the Goddess, is to be aware of Her living forms all around us







A sunlit garden is filled with the sacred dance of elements.

Fire energy from the sun sparks life
Water from ground and sky sustains each leaf
Air from the breeze and oxygen from the plants abound
Earth cradles the roots and is present in the rocks and soil

This is the ultimate power of the elements in pure flow
The power to bring forth life.
