Brahmajala Sutra can be

  • the spurious Sanskrit name of the Fanwang Jing, a text associated with East Asian Mahayana Buddhism. See Brahmajala Sutra (Mahayana).
  • a generic term for a family of related versions of a text (unrelated to the above), of which the most important is the Brahmajala Sutta, the title of an unrelated and distinct text associated with Theravada Buddhism. See Brahmajala Sutta (Theravada).
