This is a chronological list of Prime Ministers of Turkey, since the establishment of that position in 1920, during the Turkish War of Independence.
Prime Minister must be elected by majority of votes in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey along with other members of the Cabinet of Turkey.
[edit] Prime Ministers of Turkey (1920-Present)
It's better to note that Atatürk, Çakmak, Orbay and Okyar are the Speakers of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, -not Prime Ministers - during the years of War of Independence.
