Fleet Foxes Announce Fall North American Tour
Vans? Fleet Foxes don't need no stinking vans. The Seattle quintet just keeps adding tour dates. Previously, their itinerary was just four shows opening for Wilco, a couple U.S. festival appearances, and a European jaunt with drummer J. Tillman opening. Now they've got a full-blown North American tour and even more European dates with Tillman.
After finally wrapping up all these shows in late November, Fleet Foxes will begin work on their next album, which they are planning to release "in early fall '09," according to their MySpace.
Fleet Foxes next show is an opening gig for Wilco in Salt Lake City on August 18.
