Dan the Automator is part of another "genre-hopping collaboration," according to a press release. You don't say! This one is a duo with Blues Explosion drummer Russell Simins, and they call themselves Men Without Pants.

These Men will make their debut with Naturally (is pantslessness a state of nature?), out tomorrow, August 19, via Expansion Team Records.

In addition to Dan's programming and electronics and Simins' guitars, drums, and vocals, Naturally features contributions from members of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and the Mooney Suzuki, Yuka Honda of Cibo Matto, and Sean Lennon.
