The Messianic Jewish Alliance of America (MJAA) was founded in 1915 as the Hebrew Christian Alliance of America. In 1975 it became the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America. The MJAA is the largest association of Messianic Jews worldwide. The organizations Young Messianic Jewish Alliance and the International Alliance of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues are part of MJAA.

Singer-songwriter, Joel Chernoff is the General Secretary of the organization.

Various missions outreaches include The Joseph Project, Nehemiah Project, Russian Emergency Aliyah Fund, Messianic Jewish Israel Fund, and Operation Tikvah.
