Castel Madama is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rome in the Italian region Lazio, located about 30 km east of Rome. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 7,033 and an area of 28.5 km².[1]

Castel Madama borders the following municipalities: Ciciliano, Sambuci, San Gregorio da Sassola, Tivoli, Vicovaro.
