Rooms are equipped with a "passion kit" on top of the dressers. The kits include condoms and other intimate products.

A light sensor can tell when you take it off the dresser, and you don't put it back in 60 seconds, it's automatically charged to your bill.

So far, the hotel said it has sold more than 1,500 of these kits at $18 each.
