In an effort to better serve the constituents of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee an updated automated telephone system will be installed at the central offices by mid July. The system will, in addition to other user-friendly features, offer voice recognition options.
Beginning June 16, a receptionist will be on duty at the main entrance to the Archbishop Cousins Catholic Center, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to greet guests and receive incoming calls.
If you have an appointment with a Cousins Center staff member before 9:30 a.m. or after 2:30 p.m., you are asked to make arrangements to have that individual meet you at the front entrance.
Guests will also have access to a phone directory in the main vestibule so that they can alert a staff person of their arrival.
If you need to reach a central office staff person by phone and you do not know their direct phone number, you may access a phone directory at the following link telephone directory
