California Proposition 10 (1914)

Proposition 10 appeared on the California ballot in 1914. It proposed a new constitutional amendment to the California Constitution via initiative, and it was victorious at the polls.

The ballot proposition provided that no poll tax or head tax should be levied for California voters.
